This premium holiday home came with a relatively tight budget, but the goal was clear: create a space that felt relaxed and welcoming, with just enough personality to stand out. The client wanted it to feel casual, yet memorable - something that would photograph beautifully for short-term rental listings and feel just as good in person.

We leaned into an “urban boho” style to strike that balance. Soft textures, warm tones, and unfussy furniture set the tone, while playful touches and layered textiles added charm without clutter. The layout was kept simple and open, making the most of the light and giving the home a breezy, laid-back flow.

Just before handover, we returned with a final layer of curated accessories - small pieces that tied the story together and gave each room its own feel. From books and ceramics to baskets and textiles, every item was chosen to feel natural in the space and shine on camera.

The result is a home that feels grounded and effortless. It welcomes guests with comfort and a sense of place, offering the perfect backdrop for a relaxed holiday stay.
